Expected deliverables: - Carrying out process engineering studies - Consulting with junior process engineers and process engineers of its product line. - Process data and sometimes flow assurance (quantitative (sizing) and qualitative (pros / cons)) to choose the optimal architecture for a given field. - Structuring data (SOR) for the chosen concept. - Assistance to subsidiaries. - Service progress reports / statuses - Support Quality Reviews, Projects Reviews

Cost of the installations to be designed (in Millions $): 100 - 1000 M $


* For development studies (preliminary, conceptual, pre-project): - Complete the study bases with GIS, IC, FP, TEC, SBS, APP and the methodologies to be applied, the margins to be applied in collaboration with the manager studies. - Model and calibrate fluids in simulations. - Simulate and optimize processes with PRO II or UNISIM (GHG, recovery). - Simulate the networks if necessary (Flow Assurance) with OLGA or LEDAFLOW. - Develop process diagrams (PFD's and PID's) and safety diagrams (ESD logic). - Size the equipment and pipes. - Establish lists of equipment. - Regularly report progress to the study manager, APP, other disciplines and the client. - Write reports. - Present the results during Quality Reviews, Projects Reviews, presentations to clients and partners. - Participate in the handover to Project teams and provide assistance and follow-up.

* For the support needs of subsidiaries (technical operating problems): - Clarify the need and complete the study bases with the client. - Participate in an on-site mission if necessary. - Carry out the study by reporting to a study manager.

* Other activities: - Being the Process technical authority during HAZID, HAZOP, PR, OPERSAFE reviews. - Be the Process technical authority during the file review for OBOs. - Contribute to developing tools and working methods in the discipline (Process Engineering)


Asset Managers call on the DW Product Line to develop reservoirs of often marginal size and / or with complex fluids (paraffins, asphaltenes, hydrates, CO2) and / or increasingly deeper. They often express a desire to develop rapidly with innovative approaches: Single line, heated line, subsea tie-back, subsea boosting, FPSO lease, standardization, outside of client standards, etc.

The Field Operations teams of the subsidiaries call on the DW / PRF / PFA service directly to obtain technical expertise on troubleshooting issues (instabilities, equipment efficiency, fouling or clogging).


Advanced expertise in chemical engineering, general engineering or Petroleum engineering Expertise in upstream engineering processes or project monitoring or subsidiary production English and French are required for this service
