Process Engineer

We have a current opportunity for a Process Engineer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in south Glasgow and will require 3 days a week in the office (2 days WFH) each week.


Key Responsibilities
● Create process flow diagrams , piping and instrumentation diagrams and heat and material balances using industry software.
● Perform calculations to size process equipment, including proprietary technologies, for seawater treatment and offshore injection equipment.
● Support tendering and project activities, including responding to client clarifications and resolving technical comments
● Maintain awareness of tender and project schedules, deadlines, and client requirements
● Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary project teams.
● Provide both local and remote technical support to operating plants during commissioning and first operation phase through to performance test completion and handover.
● Work towards professional accreditation and build a substantial evidence portfolio
● Participate in Health & Safety meetings and implement H&S guidance in all deliverables
● Apply ISO9001-2015 standards and risk management principles to daily work
Essential Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelors / Masters degree in Chemical & Process Engineering (a masters degree may be preferred for senior roles).
● Professional member of IChemE.
● Experience in engineering design, procurem
