Background and experience

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
Post Graduate in Business Management (preferred)
A minimum of 12+ years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years in projects control or portfolio Management for Oil & Gas industry.
Strong experience in CapEx business planning cycle and its relevant processes.
Experience in financial controller role for CapEx portfolio.
Skilled in Data Management & Visualization.
Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel, Power Point & Word.
Knowledge of various SAP Transactions on OpEx & CapEx Reporting.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Lead CapEx portfolio management from ideas initiation till benefits realization along with annual and multiyear CapEx business plan
Lead the establishment of ideas maturation funnel along with management of relevant steering committees and key stakeholders; in order to Support the assets and its services providers to plan and implement its strategic objectives inline with defined mission and vision

Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute short and long-term strategic plan in alignment with RPI assets mission, vision, and strategic objectives
Create and manage company's annual/multiyear CapEx plans in line with business requirements

Leadership
Support Capital Projects Committee chairman and its members to steer and manage stage gate review processes.

Budget Business Planning (CAPEX)
Manage and lead all key stakeholders on CapEx business planning cycle and its relevant processes.
Prepare and recommend the company’s five years CapEx plan.
Monitor & report CapEx budget utilization Vs. plan.
Play the role of a financial controller for the CapEx portfolio:

Portfolio Management
Implement Portfolio Management methodologies to ensure a strong decision making process to evaluation, prioritize and review of various initiatives of the company functions and functions’ performance.
Manage the development, implementation and enhancement of projects portfolio management.
Develop & establish governance, processes & systems to manage Capital Projects Committee and projects implementation.
Develop appropriate systems & tools for linking organization’s strategies with initiatives & investments.

Management Reporting
Provide quality reports with adequate insights to relevant stakeholders which will enable them to make informed decisions on timely manner.
