We are currently hiring an experienced Planning Specialist to support a major EPC Oil & Gas project in Qatar.
This role is critical in managing EPC schedules, progress measurement systems, and ensuring project delivery aligns with timelines and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and control construction & commissioning schedules
- Review contractor schedules, progress reports, and project control procedures
- Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master EPC plan
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure alignment with control plans
- Conduct schedule impact assessments and manage change integration
- Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and track implementation
- Lead progress review meetings and report project status
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in EPC project scheduling (Oil & Gas)
- At least 5 years site/field experience
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (v18+)
- Experience in Schedule Risk Analysis
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
