We are seeking an experienced Planning Specialist to support integrated planning and performance management across a portfolio of major Oil & Gas projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules.
  • Integrate multiple EPC Level 3 and Level 4 schedules.
  • Develop management-level Level 0 and Level 1 schedules.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis.
  • Review EPC contractor baseline and forecast schedules.
  • Analyse schedule performance, trends and deviations.
  • Monitor project progress and progress measurement accuracy.
  • Produce schedule and cost forecasts.
  • Identify schedule impacts and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years project execution related experience.
  • Minimum 6 years in major projects.
  • Strong Oil & Gas project planning background.
  • Expert-level Primavera P6 capability.
  • Primavera Schedule Risk Analysis experience.
  • Integrated multi-EPC scheduling experience.
  • Strong progress measurement and reporting knowledge.
  • Power BI exposure advantageous.
