We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to provide planning and scheduling expertise for large-scale oil & gas projects. The role supports project execution by ensuring schedule integrity, conducting schedule analysis, and coordinating mitigation plans across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

The role supports project execution by ensuring schedule integrity, conducting schedule analysis, and coordinating mitigation plans across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all planning and scheduling activities across the project lifecycle
- Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules (L3 & L4)
- Perform schedule analysis, progress tracking, and delay/impact assessments
- Coordinate planning inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Review EPC contractor schedules and validate planning methodologies
- Support development and evaluation of schedule recovery plans
- Assess schedule impacts arising from changes, risks, and constraints
- Ensure Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and workface planning principles are applied effectively
- Provide regular schedule reporting and insights to support management decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil & gas major projects
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or lead planning role
- Strong experience working with EPC contractors and subcontractors
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
