Planner - Delay Analyst

We are seeking a Planner with delay analysis experience who is expert in the use of Primavera P6 for a 6 to 8 week secured secondment in Doha, that will commence approximately mid-March 2019. Some further details are detailed below:

Commission: Schedule analysis of a major Contractor claim for extension of time on a commercial tower block development in West Bay, Doha.

Commencement: Approximately Mid-March 2019.

Duration: 6 to 8 weeks continuous secondment.

Description: Working alongside our Commercial Manager and Directors, assess the Contractors Primavera P6 application for extension of time and determine the validity and schedule impact of all claimed delay events, including Contractor and Client culpable delay and all concurrency of delay, using the Time Impact Analysis (TIA) method of culpable delay assessment.

Core Skills: Expert level user of Primavera P6 / detailed knowledge, understanding and practical experience of the TIA method of schedule delay analysis / the ability to compile report narratives and graphics, in English, describing the method of analysis used, the results of the analysis and all consequences derived from analysis.

Housekeeping: A 5 day working week from Sunday to Thursday inclusive with potential Saturday working if required / a 10 hour working day / computers and software will be provided.
