We are looking for an experienced Planner (Construction) to provide planning and scheduling support to the project team, with a focus on construction activities. The role will be responsible for schedule development, monitoring, analysis, progress reporting, and identifying potential delays and areas requiring mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor and analyze project construction schedules.
Coordinate planning inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, completion and other project functions.
Review and monitor EPC contractor and subcontractor planning and scheduling activities.
Analyze project progress, productivity, trends and potential schedule delays.
Conduct schedule delay and impact analysis and review recovery plans.
Assess the impact of engineering, procurement, SIMOPS and construction readiness constraints on project schedules.
Review contractor schedules, resources and progress reports and identify areas of concern.
Ensure approved project changes and their schedule impacts are properly incorporated.
Provide planning support to overcome project execution challenges.
Support project controls and planning deliverables in accordance with project requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
Experience working with EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors in the Oil & Gas sector.
Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 is mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases and Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage planning activities effectively.
