Piping/Structure Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Piping & Structure Supervisor to coordinate offshore Brownfield, Shutdown and Hook-Up activities for the Piping & Structure discipline. The role will ensure compliance with safety, quality, asset integrity and project requirements while supporting efficient offshore execution and commissioning.

Work Pattern: 28 days on / 28 days off

The position will be based offshore, with some onshore periods for training and scope preparation, working on a 28 days on / 28 days off rotation.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure successful offshore Brownfield, Shutdown and Hook-Up execution, including commissioning.
Supervise and control Contractor and Subcontractor activities related to Brownfield and Hook-Up execution, Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.
Ensure activities comply with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable international standards.
Review constructability and technical compliance of engineering and Contractor deliverables.
Monitor and address technical problems, deviations and execution issues.
Liaise with Contractors and Subcontractors regarding Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities, including progress follow-up and reporting.
Coordinate PTW activities with Operations and Contractors, ensuring approved Method Statements and JSAs are followed.
Participate in daily safety and PTW coordination meetings during offshore execution.
Ensure offshore activities are carried out without compromising safety, quality or the integrity of existing assets.
Monitor resource requirements and support efficient resource deployment for Brownfield and Hook-Up activities.
Report discipline-related concerns and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Support safety improvement initiatives and close out safety actions within the assigned area.
Participate in lessons learned and project review activities.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum High National Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 8 years of experience in large Oil & Gas projects within construction-related disciplines, including construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion and Hook-Up.
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, service companies or heavy offshore construction organisations.
Strong knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes and applicable safety requirements.
Experience in major fabrication, transportation, installation, Brownfield execution, commissioning and Hook-Up activities.
Knowledge of offshore facilities, structures and operations.
Understanding of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
Experience working within large-scale operating organisations and multidisciplinary project environments.
Key Skills
Strong Piping & Structure technical knowledge.
Strong understanding of offshore Brownfield and Hook-Up execution.
Good knowledge of Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.
Strong safety and quality awareness.
Ability to coordinate multiple Contractors, Subcontractors and project interfaces.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic offshore environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of PTW, Method Statements and JSA requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively with Operations, HSE, Quality, Commissioning and Project teams.
