Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Piping & Structure Supervisor to oversee offshore brownfield, shutdown, hook-up, and commissioning activities. The role represents the Company on-site and ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution of offshore construction and commissioning works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate offshore brownfield, shutdown, and hook-up activities for piping and structural disciplines
  • Supervise EPC contractors and subcontractors during mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project execution standards
  • Coordinate SIMOPS activities with offshore operations teams
  • Participate in daily offshore coordination meetings (safety, PTW, execution planning)
  • Review constructability and technical compliance of contractor deliverables
  • Monitor contractor progress, identify execution risks, and report deviations
  • Supervise PTW processes, ensuring adherence to approved method statements and JSA
  • Promote strong HSE culture and close safety actions within area of responsibility
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements Qualifications
  • High National Diploma (HND) or equivalent technical qualification
Experience
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects
  • Strong exposure to offshore brownfield, shutdown, hook-up, and commissioning activities
  • Experience working with EPC contractors and offshore construction teams
  • Familiarity with LNG, sour gas, or complex offshore facilities is a strong advantage
Technical & Professional Skills
  • Solid knowledge of piping and structural systems and offshore execution methods
  • Understanding of international design codes, specifications, and safety standards
  • Strong interface coordination and contractor management skills
  • Proven ability to work in high-risk, SIMOPS offshore environments
