Responsibilities:
- Manage routine pigging operations, including coordination with offshore teams, vendors, and logistics; oversee requisitions and budget tracking.
- Plan and support routine vendor mobilisations for activities such as flexible riser annulus testing, inline inspections (ILI), and micro-ROV inspections, including documentation and logistics.
- Prepare and manage scopes of work and inspection workpacks for pipelines topsides and subsea activities, coordinate clarifications and vendor engagement.
- Perform first-pass assessments of reported anomalies before escalation to the Pipeline TA.
- Respond to offshore queries involving fabric maintenance, corrective actions, or vendor/OEM technical support.
- Review and approve vendor procedures, inspection reports, and engineering deliverables.
- Partake in and document fitness-for-service (FFS) and remaining life assessments, as well as corrosion growth analysis.
- Lead anomaly management including assessment, categorisation, and defining remedial actions.
- Support the development and maintenance of integrity strategies, performance standards, and inspection scopes.
- Liaise with operations, corrosion, subsea, and project teams; interface with regulators as required.
- Attend risk reviews, HAZIDs, HAZOPs, and technical forums.
- Mobilise offshore where necessary to support execution of pipeline-related work scopes.
- Maintain integrity databases, anomaly registers, and accurate technical records.
- Ensure safe, efficient execution of planned activities in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- Raise requisitions for pipeline-related scopes.
- Provide cross-functional support across the company’s departments and contribute to emergency response.
- Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Pipeline Engineering or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience in pipeline integrity or related engineering discipline.
- Familiarity with DNV-ST-F101, ASME B31.8S, PD8010, API 1160.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, reporting, and communication skills.
- Valid medical/survival certification.
- Expected to attain knowledge of the company’s systems and procedures
- Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership preferred
- Safety management systems and safety case obligations.
- Offshore experience and ability to provide direction to field teams.
- Forecasting of operations requirements and budget support.
- Familiarity with pipeline inspection technologies and industry standards.
- Competence in reading technical drawings and understanding safety systems.
- Experience with pipeline repair, maintenance, and integrity management
