We are seeking an experienced Engineeringh/Project Administrator ideally with a background in oil & gas administration for a Part-Time role 10 hours per week (Mon – Fri)
What are we looking for:
Immediately available experienced Administrator seeking specifically P/T work until at least December 2026
Able to work 2 hours a day at the same times each day for 5 days per week Mon – Fri
Living in the Aberdeen area, ideally centrally due to the short number of hours per day.
A background in oil & gas administration and with experience of working in an engineering project office and preferably a knowledge of subsea/geology
Start ASAP
Duration – until 1st December 2026
Location – City Centre Aberdeen

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating activities for two teams of engineers and geoscientists.
- Operates within the context of high business criticality, with correspondingly important deadlines for the job holder.
- Managing schedules for managers, screening emails. Ensuring that key emails are answered and that deadlines for external reviews and responses are met.
- Submitting expenses and booking travel for global travellers within the team and writing time for key managers.
- Taking minutes and actions at key meetings, and scheduling team activities.
- Ensuring that knowledge management and document retention activities are executed within the team and coordinates with India teams to maintain the CCS sharepoint.
