Position tittle: Package Workflow Specialist (Civil)
Contract Duration: 1 Yr Extendable
Work location: Dubai
Must have experience in Construction Background (Civil) Building HC
 
Prior Experience/Expertise Required
5 years sourcing, planning or project execution experience.
Prior work experience in Production Facilities/ EPC Projects
Engineering knowledge/degree/experience (Mechanical, Electrical, etc. depending on discipline managed).
Prior experience in project planning or project execution procedures.
Experience in conducting supplier reviews and evaluation and maintaining good business relationships.
Optional experience in expediting or audit inspection is a bonus.
Optional SAP Knowledge is a plus.

Minimum Requirements
Responsible to prepare together with Package MWM the documentation related to Kick off meetings, tracking & storing reports.
Responsible for follow up on Document Control procedures, implementation and documentation flow with internal (Document Control, Engineering, Quality, Planning) and external stakeholders.
Responsible for access & usage of tools, sites, applications required to record and monitor VORs and PO changes/updates.
Responsible to maintain documentation for execution of contract with respect to supplier performance as per contract terms and conditions and KPIs.
Provide support to manage the MOC process for the package, based on engineering inputs, ensure all COR’s are valid from the supplier.
Responsible for the management of all documentation related to Good Receipt, quarantine, returns processes for all purchase orders in scope.
Provide support to manage VIM cases and payment disputes with both internal and external stakeholder
Management of documentation for supplier warranty claim, notifications to supplier, track any re-charges
Manage or provide support to MWM to review, establish and continuously monitor the delivery schedule of the PO and ensure full integration into the overall project schedule.
Provide support for maintaining documentation required for inspection/TPI activities and output of these in conjunction with MWM, Quality Engineers and QC Engineers.
Responsible to gather, verify and pass on to MWM and Logistics documentation necessary for shipment.
Communicate any deviations, deficiencies or warranty claims to MWM.
