Orion Group seeks an Operations Support team member to join our pharmaceutical client in Mettawa, IL.
The Operations Support team member will provide operational support to departmental projects or larger-scale department/division-wide efforts.

Duties may include:

· Tracking 3rd Party Agreements
· Onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors, plus onboarding suppliers
· Generating reports, research and follow-through, schedule coordination, and database management.
· Support 200-plus market researchers/vendors-so customer service is important.
· Help with In-team training/cross training.
· Project reconciliation- Entering information from the system, basic bookkeeping.
· Understanding what is offered for an hourly rate, so the invoices need to match.
· Basic finance skills
· Need to know how to use Excel, formulas, pivot tables, checking spreadsheets, and comparing them to each other
This role involves work that is audited, so you must be able to ask questions and be open to learning, since there is great growth potential in this opportunity!
