ACTIVITIES HSEQ Responsibilities:

- To guarantee the implementation of a quality policy ensuring the operability, maintainability, reliability and safety of the new production facilities.
- To ensure integration of the new equipment or facilities in the existing Field.
- To cover all production related topics within projects, including process and flow assurance studies if any.
- Multiple new wellhead platforms including bridges and tie-ins to existing platforms and remote WHPs
- New Central Processing Complex (comprising Central Production Platform, Riser Platform and Flare Tower) bridge-linked to existing facilities
- Pipelines global network: existing pipeline replacement for integrity and debottlenecking
ACTIVITIES HSEQ Responsibilities:
- Ensure that HSE is given the highest priority
- Support and enforce the Project HSEQ management system
- Promote HSEQ awareness at all workforce levels
- Monitor work activities and ensure risks are properly identified and assessed
- Support updates of Operating Philosophies, Manuals and Procedures
- Participate in HAZOPs and Risk Assessments
- Anticipate production impact and recommend mitigations
- Interface with Commissioning Manager and Site Teams
- Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, PRs, JRA
- Support operability/maintainability studies and 3D model reviews
- Support development of Operating Procedures
- Identify and develop training for Field Operations stakeholders
- Represent Project FOPS at FAT for critical equipment
- Ensure design basis alignment with existing field bottlenecks
- Lead/support site Operations Teams during installation and commissioning
- Contribute to Handover philosophy
- Prepare Return of Experience (REX)
- Development of new offshore platforms, subsea pipelines and debottlenecking activities
- Execution across several international sites
- Multiple projects handled in parallel
- Position based in Doha (FEED phase) with possible assignment to EPCC sites and offshore if required
- BSc in Engineering discipline
- 5–10 years’ experience in Production Operations and Projects
- Field Operations background required
- Familiar with Production, Process and Flow Assurance Engineering
- Familiar with company standards and relevant codes
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience working in complex, multicultural environments
- Available for frequent missions to contractor and vendor sites
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET training
