We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations and Compliance Manager to join our Netherlands team which is based in a prime location directly above Den Haag Central Station. Easily accessible by public transport, bike and car, the location places us close to some of our major clients and it also offers a range of local shops, restaurants, gyms and other facilities for taking advantage of.
 
The recruitment operations in the Netherlands are focused on a variety of predominantly technical markets. We supply to a number of our key global clients, who are based in country and a variety of local clients. We are looking for an Operations and Compliance Manager to successfully deliver the day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have proven operational managerial experience, commercial awareness and with a demonstratable track record of successful delivery within Dutch labour markets.  Speaking fluently in Dutch and English, this is a busy and varied role and the successful candidate will need the ability to plan effective and deliver a diverse workload.
 
Key Responsibilities include:
 
Provide a quality service to all Clients, Candidates and Colleagues, ensuring compliance with local Dutch recruitment and employment legislation and internal procedures.
Manage day-to-day operational and compliance responsibilities, tasks and accountabilities and taking any appropriate action to ongoing compliance.
 
Responsible for ensuring that the mobilisations and de-mobilisations are conducted as scheduled ensuring that all associated supporting activity (visas, flights, transportation, etc.) is completed and documented in a timely fashion and in accordance with company processes.
 
Act as main point of contact coordinating/leading periodic internal and external audits and coordinating any changes necessary to ensure compliance, liaising with the relevant internal functions and any relevant external parties.
 
Develop relationships within all key functions and regions of the Orion Group to support achieving both corporate and regional objectives.
 
Liaise with Regional Director on internal and external strategies for operational activity and ensure adequate resources are allocated to achieve full and successful performance.
