Location: Milan, Italy (Residential Basis)

Regular Business Trips to Mozambique
We are currently supporting a major international LNG development project and are looking for an experienced Onshore Quality & Performance Coordinator to join the team based in Milan, Italy on a residential basis for an initial 12-month contract.
This is a senior-level opportunity working on one of the world’s largest and most complex energy projects, supporting the delivery of large-scale onshore LNG facilities and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality interfaces across EPC packages and adjacent project scopes.
- Develop and manage project quality performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting architecture.
- Drive quality data management, reporting integrity, and dashboard monitoring.
- Lead Quality Culture deployment initiatives across international project locations.
- Implement Lean / Kaizen / iObeya continuous improvement methodologies.
- Manage lessons learned processes, quality observations (Q-Obs), and trend analysis.
- Support competency development and training matrix management for the quality function.
- Act as Project Feedback Representative towards Headquarters on quality performance matters.
- Support integration between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 20 years’ experience within:
- Project Management
- Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Performance Management
- Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
- Large-scale Oil & Gas or LNG Projects
- Strong experience managing KPI systems, reporting structures, and quality governance.
- Previous experience working on international EPC projects is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in multicultural and fast-paced project environments.
