Onshore Quality & Performance Coordinator
Location: Milan, Italy (Residential Basis)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Regular Business Trips to Mozambique

We are currently supporting a major international LNG development project and are looking for an experienced Onshore Quality & Performance Coordinator to join the team based in Milan, Italy on a residential basis for an initial 12-month contract.

This is a senior-level opportunity working on one of the world’s largest and most complex energy projects, supporting the delivery of large-scale onshore LNG facilities and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate quality interfaces across EPC packages and adjacent project scopes.
  • Develop and manage project quality performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting architecture.
  • Drive quality data management, reporting integrity, and dashboard monitoring.
  • Lead Quality Culture deployment initiatives across international project locations.
  • Implement Lean / Kaizen / iObeya continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Manage lessons learned processes, quality observations (Q-Obs), and trend analysis.
  • Support competency development and training matrix management for the quality function.
  • Act as Project Feedback Representative towards Headquarters on quality performance matters.
  • Support integration between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 20 years’ experience within:
    • Project Management
    • Quality Assurance & Quality Control
    • Performance Management
    • Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
    • Large-scale Oil & Gas or LNG Projects
  • Strong experience managing KPI systems, reporting structures, and quality governance.
  • Previous experience working on international EPC projects is essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in multicultural and fast-paced project environments.
