Offhsore Mechanical Supervisor
Core staff role with an operator client
North Sea asset - 2/3 rotation
 
Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work is carried out safely within your team, role model HSSE leadership and company core values as part of the platform leadership team.
• Embed & sustain a seafaring mentality across the Asset "Everyone cares for people & equipment" identify and drive improvement opportunities.
• Develop and empower a high performing team to deliver Asset Integrity, SECE work scopes as per plan.
• Actively promote and embed multi-skilling, enabling cradle to grave execution "one team".
• Champion the Learner Mindset through the use of the 5 why process.
• The SSM is also the emergency response team leader.

 
Experience & Qualifications:

• A role model when it comes to HSSE
• Preferred Trade Qualification and HNC with appropriate experience.
• Supervisory experience or stand-in in a similar role.
• Experience in the management of work in a hydrocarbon workplace with multiple interfaces.
• Experienced SAP user (or similar CMMS).
• Experienced when it comes to leadership, stakeholder management.
• Can provide stand in cover for head of department, as required
