Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Offshore Installation Manager.

Responsibilities will include:
Ensure excellent installation performance through effective leadership and people management.
Facilitate and implement a commercial and cost-conscious mind set and behaviours.
Facilitate the implementation of competency standards and associated systems.
Ensure the implementation of agreed installation business improvement programmes in accordance with Asset Plans.
Develop and own the installation short term plans up to and including the installation integrated 28 day activity plan (IAP). Contribute to the development of the longer term IAP plans and other plans to maximise production and minimise plant/well downtime and cost within agreed operating parameters.
Facilitate and support installation specific adherence to all relevant policies, standards and procedures and management of any deviations
Accountable for installation specific operations asset management in accordance with legislative requirements, company health, safety, environmental, integrity and other standards and company values.
Accountable to the Operations Manager as installation Duty Holder for overall Installation performance

Extensive experience in a production operational and management role
Relevant Degree or equivalent.
Ability to take command during emergency situations.
In depth knowledge of the UKs offshore legislation and MONS Supporting Safe Management System
Experience of planning, organising, coordinating, control/monitoring work across a range of disciplines
