Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Offshore Delivery Lead based in Aberdeen

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise the activities of the offshore construction and completion teams. Personnel responsibilities for the teams. Set team goals and targets, and coach and encourage the team to achieve significant results. Be an active and visible role model, and promote motivation, good communication and work environment within the teams and the project.
Manage, organize and control the construction, completion and start-up work at site in such a manner that the entire scope meets all objectives regarding safety, functionality, environment, cost, schedule, work environment and quality.
Responsible for the efficient integration of the Capital Projects offshore construction and completion teams with the existing platform personnel.
Single Point of Contact between Platform OIM and Capital Projects offshore construction and completion teams.
Ensure that all team activities and decisions support Capital Projects objectives and priorities.
Contribute to construction and completion philosophies, strategies and plans that ensure a high degree of completion onshore and an efficient offshore commissioning, start-up and hand-over.
Overall responsibility for ensuring all relevant procedures, specifications and other required information is in place at site for a controlled execution of all activities.
Assist Project Management Team in ensuring that the construction/completion team is being staffed with competent personnel and resourced to meet project requirements. Identify required skills and highlight any areas of deficiency or improvement.
Provide participation in onshore pre-execute technical, planning and safety reviews.
Attend all key platform meetings; daily-calls, shift-handovers, permit meetings as Capital Projects representative.
Monitor and highlight risks and opportunities in the offshore execution progress to ensure timely completion and hand-over. Ensure good quality of the hand-over, both as regards facilities and documentation.
Give day-to-day guidance to the construction/completion team members.
Ensure that all team members are informed on Project developments and ensure that all Company instructions are being complied with.
Promote knowledge sharing - share own project experiences and seek knowledge from other projects/ organizations.
Support production of close-out report for the project.
Offshore role on 2x2 rota, with onshore time as required to support engineering development

Qualification Requirements:
BSc within Engineering or Construction.
Less formal education may be compensated with documented relevant experience.
Relevant experience on onshore and offshore projects and operations.
Senior level operations experience on company Judy asset is highly desirable
Track record of positive interface with operational leadership structures (OIM, MTL, etc)
Experience in managing project and maintenance campaign activities is a prerequisite
