Our client is seeking a proactive and dedicated Office Manager / Project Coordinator to join their team on an exciting renewables project in Edinburgh.
This is a contract position that presents a unique opportunity to work within a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of innovation and sustainability.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

Office and Project Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and provide comprehensive support to the team including managing office requirements and visitor assistance.

Vendor and Contract Management: Lead interfaces with external service providers, oversee lease agreements, monitor office budgets, approve invoices, and track expenses with precision.

Health and Safety Compliance: Administer fire warden and first aid responsibilities, manage incident reporting, and ensure compliance with HSE and related regulations.

Access Control: Develop and maintain policies for building security, manage key fobs and visitor passes, and liaise with building managers on related matters.

General Administration: Organise events, meetings, and facilities logistics, maintain record-keeping systems, and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.

Communication and Leadership: Exhibit strong interpersonal and organisational skills, ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organisation.
