Our client a successful and expanding engineering support business is seeking to appoint a motivated, well organised and team focused Office Administrator to join their team in Dundee.

Our client a successful and expanding engineering support business is seeking to appoint a motivated, well organised and team focused Office Administrator to join their team in Dundee.
Duties/ Tasks:
- Supporting the wider team in the running of office and projects administration
- Assist with logistics – travel bookings, accommodation, etc
- Help format and set up system of document management within the IMS
- Assign / Check weekly site timesheets for approval
- Crosscheck timesheets with Manpower Planner and update as required
- Issue authorized timesheets to agencies
- Order supplies as required
- Document review, check and format prior to issue
- Collate marketing materials for publishing to social media etc
- Producing Purchase Orders for suppliers if necessary
- Any other duties as required by the company
Key Skills
- Previous experience in office administration roles
- Previous experience of IT systems (Microsoft, Sharepoint, Teams and OneDrive)
Person Spec
- Independent and resourceful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible
- Ideally qualified to HNC or HND level or by recognised experience
- Able to work on own initiative
