Salary £30,000+ depending on experience
Location – Dundee
Full time hours (9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm)
 
Our client a successful and expanding engineering support business is seeking to appoint a motivated, well organised and team focused Office Administrator to join their team in Dundee.
 
Duties/ Tasks:
  • Supporting the wider team in the running of office and projects administration
  • Assist with logistics – travel bookings, accommodation, etc
  • Help format and set up system of document management within the IMS
  • Assign / Check weekly site timesheets for approval
  • Crosscheck timesheets with Manpower Planner and update as required
  • Issue authorized timesheets to agencies
  • Order supplies as required
  • Document review, check and format prior to issue
  • Collate marketing materials for publishing to social media etc
  • Producing Purchase Orders for suppliers if necessary
  • Any other duties as required by the company
 
Key Skills
  • Previous experience in office administration roles
  • Previous experience of IT systems (Microsoft, Sharepoint, Teams and OneDrive)
 
Person Spec
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible
  • Ideally qualified to HNC or HND level or by recognised experience
  • Able to work on own initiative
