Role Overview:
We are looking for a Naval & WCR Engineer to manage naval architecture assessments and the platform weight control program for a fixed offshore wellhead platform. The role ensures compliance with safety, stability, structural, and transportation requirements throughout design, fabrication, and installation.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Naval & WCR Engineer to manage naval architecture assessments and the platform weight control program for a fixed offshore wellhead platform. The role ensures compliance with safety, stability, structural, and transportation requirements throughout design, fabrication, and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review naval architecture analyses for load-out, transportation, lifting, and installation of jacket and topside structures.
- Validate hydrodynamic, stability, and motion response calculations.
- Verify vessel/barge capabilities, sea fastening, ballasting, and lifting configurations.
- Manage the weight control system, tracking weights, center of gravity, and weight growth margins.
- Prepare weight reports, trend analyses, and forecasts for project and client teams.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, layout, lifting, fabrication, and installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with DNV, API, ISO, and project-specific weight control standards.
- BSc in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
- Relevant experience, including offshore.
- Proficient with naval analysis tools (MOSES, OrcaFlex, SESAM, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of platform stability, marine operations, and lifting/transportation engineering.
- Advanced Excel and weight database management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
