With continued investment in the U.S. market, they are now looking to appoint a Midwest Service Manager to take a hands-on leadership role across a growing installed base of industrial systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong field service professional who enjoys working on-site, leading from the front, and building strong customer relationships.

The Role:

As Midwest Service Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of industrial air filtration systems across manufacturing facilities in the region.

You’ll act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.

This is a highly field-focused role with significant travel and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Service & Installation
  • Install and commission industrial air filtration systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system servicing
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical or performance issues
  • Coordinate site logistics including lifting and installation equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to specification
Customer Engagement
  • Act as the main service contact for assigned clients
  • Provide clear updates on system performance and maintenance
  • Identify improvement opportunities and additional service needs
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams on customer feedback
Leadership & Development
  • Support onboarding and training of service technicians
  • Promote best practices in field service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and execution
Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all site safety procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in safety briefings and adhere to PPE standards
  • Ensure all activities align with OSHA and site protocols

About You:

Essential:
  • 5+ years’ experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or equipment installation
  • Experience leading field projects or managing technicians
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Background in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Comfortable working at height and around heavy equipment
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
  • Experience with HVAC, dust collection, or industrial ventilation systems
  • Rigging or installation experience
  • OSHA certification
  • Military technical background (highly valued)
