Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer on behalf of our Multinational Biopharmaceutical Client based in Tipperary on an initial 11-Month contract with potential to extend.
 
 
Due to continued growth and expansion, a vacancy exists within our Pharm Ops Engineering Group for an Engineer to support the Maintenance Strategy. Reporting to the Site Engineering Lead, the incumbent will be a key player in the delivery of the new maintenance strategy.
 
Role
  • Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendors
  • Ensure correct spare parts available for continuous operation
  • Support the development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation registration on CMMS systems.
  • Support of FAT’s, Project walkdowns, Commissioning and Documentation Handover.
  • Develop SOP’s and WI for facility
  • Support the validation of equipment in particular HVAC and Process Air
  • Engineering metrics reporting and action planning.
  • Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS (Tier, 8-step problem solving, standardisation etc.)
 
Qualifications


Bachelor of Degree in Mechanical Engineering

              - Timely decision making.
              - Ability to respond to changing priorities.
              - Experience of working in strongly regulated GMP environment.
