We currently have an opportunity for a Mech. Engineer – Rotating role. This position is based in Qatar.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
7 years of related experience in the assigned field of engineering.
Exposure to project management and contractor management.
Core Technical Skills & Industry Codes
Expertise in selection and design validation of equipment such as pumps, compressors, steam turbines, and package equipment.
Detail Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Projects compliance.
Knowledge of mechanical engineering and industrial automation.
Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Proven versatile project management skills.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Monitor the ongoing performance of existing Rotating equipment to ensure continual reliability.
Carry out engineering solutions, design, planning, monitoring, and coordination for all rotating mechanical design, procurement, installation, and commissioning support.
Act as the focal point for all mechanical engineering aspects for contractors/consultants.
Ensure effective execution of rotating mechanical engineering project activities in line with plans, budgets, HSE, and quality standards.
Oversee detailed design and engineering activity, formulating procurement/material and installation parameters.
Carry out Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), highlight reasons for equipment failure, and advise on remedial measures.
Behavioural & Leadership Competencies
Experienced in managing and leading a Team of Engineers.
Supervise, coordinate, and approve the activities of assigned personnel, contractors, or consultants.
