Key responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing production team within a rapidly growing manufacturing division
- Drive Lean manufacturing, 5S, root cause analysis, and KPI improvements
- Champion automation and advanced manufacturing technologies
- Partner closely with Engineering, R&D, and Sales on new products and process development
- Improve productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and operational performance
- Production, Manufacturing, or Operations leadership experience
- Advanced manufacturing or process-focused production environment
- Experience with robotics, automation, additive manufacturing, or 3D printing is highly desirable
- Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement mindset
- Engineering degree preferred
