As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for:

- Establishing the jobs induction plan based on available resources / workload to meet the CWD (Customer Want Date) and for stable operation.
- Responding to queries about the planning. collecting, analyzing, and recording data on the progress of jobs
- Analyzing process data to demonstrate process capability and identifying root cause deviations from production plan and implements corrective initiatives
- Working with F&P (Forecasting & Planning) team to ensure the projected volumes each shop per plan.
- Conducting daily production meeting, share the minutes of meeting, and follow -up on actions and attending the repair execution review and provide an update on each job
- Updating of the ERP system relevant to each job orders and ensuring efficient translation of jobs order in ERP system by different stakeholders to reflect actual jobs status.
- Negotiating amendments to proposed completion date with internal & external customers.
- Working with engineering team on spare advance ordering process and operations to optimize the utilization of shop machineries to ensure each job will be executed within budget hours and cycle.
- Working with the material / operations team to ensure the necessary consumables / spares are available on-time for each job.
- Have a degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) and 3+ yrs of experience in materials planning and execution in a manufacturing environment
- Have good interpersonal skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of organization and customers
- Experience in Gas Turbine Manufacturing Procedures is a plus.
- Experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Work onsite from Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Role is NOT remote or Hybrid.
