Marketing Manager – Ads New Ventures (Operations)
Location: Remote (Candidates have to be located in the US and able to work with no visa sponsorship needed), Candidates located in NYC will be prefered
Engagement Type: 4+ month initial contract, potential to extend or convert to permanent depending on performance / business needs
Experience Level: 3–5 years relevant experience
Pay Rate: $67/hr
Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager- Ads New Ventures, plays a critical operational role supporting the growth of Mid-Market and International advertisers. This position provides the operational backbone for scaled execution across advertising programs, owning key revenue operations while enabling programmatic and consumer-facing initiatives.
This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone technically agile, comfortable working across data platforms and CMS tools, and energized by fast-paced, ambiguous environments. The successful candidate will bring strong operational rigor, a proactive mindset, and experience in retail media or Ad Operations (agency experience strongly preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
I. Revenue Operations & Campaign Execution
- Own invoicing accuracy, QA processes, and campaign setup aligned with advertiser billing requirements.
- Support scaled execution for Mid-Market and International advertisers as these segments grow.
- Manage Keys Programmatic operations, including:
- Audience and catalog distribution to partners
- Monitoring data feeds
- Maintaining platform health and data-sharing integrity
- Serve as primary owner of audience management in Hightouch.
- Build and maintain all audiences, perform health checks, and act as technical lead for audience workflows.
- Support exploration of future audience strategies and clean room solutions.
- Build landing pages as needed.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate CX insights into operational improvements and execution enhancements.
- Own the Ads New Ventures Wiki.
- Proactively create, update, and audit SOPs.
- Ensure all processes and changes are clearly documented to support scale and onboarding.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Ad Operations, Marketing Operations, Retail Media, or similar operational roles
- Strong execution mindset with comfort working across data platforms and CMS tools
- Experience with audience management platforms (Hightouch or similar strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with programmatic operations and campaign setup workflows
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity within fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and process orientation
- Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
- Agency experience
- Retail media or advertising platform experience
- Exposure to clean room environments or advanced audience solutions
- Accurate, scalable revenue operations with minimal invoicing or campaign errors
- Healthy, reliable programmatic data flows and audience pipelines
- Clear, up-to-date operational documentation supporting rapid team growth
- Proactive identification of process improvements and execution efficiencies
- Strong partnership across technical, CX, and business stakeholders
