Manufacturing Biotechnologist

Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Biotechnologist on behalf of our Multinational Biopharmaceutical Client based in Tuas, Singapore on an initial 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.

12-hour shift role, doing both day & night shift. (approx. 14-15 days/month)
Day Shift: 8:00am-8:30pm
Night Shift: 8:00pm - 8:30am

Operate and maintain biological manufacturing processes for the production of biopharmaceutical products in compliance with cGMP and production schedules.

1. Execute upstream and/or downstream and/or central service biomanufacturing processes per approved batch records and SOPs
   2. Operate bioreactors, centrifuges, buffer, chromatography systems, or other related bioprocess equipment
   3. Perform in-process sampling, testing, and monitoring of critical quality attributes
   4. Maintain accurate and complete GMP documentation and electronic batch records
   5. Conduct equipment cleaning, sanitization, and preparation activities
   6. Report and participate in investigation of manufacturing deviations
   7. Support technology transfer, process validation, and manufacturing improvement initiatives
   8. Adhere to cleanroom requirements, biosafety procedures, and EHS regulations Years of Exp - 1 - 4 yrs. Open to fresh graduates.
