The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on change management professional who can translate complex business transformations into actionable communication, training, and adoption strategies. This individual will partner closely with global stakeholders, functional leaders, and process owners to drive employee engagement, accelerate adoption, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Global Training and Change Management, this role requires strong expertise in organizational change management, instructional design, global communications, stakeholder engagement, and measuring change effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Global Change Management & Transformation
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive change management strategies supporting large-scale, global business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the people side of change, ensuring employees understand, adopt, and sustain new business processes, systems, and operating models.
  • Partner with global functional leaders, process owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify change impacts, establish adoption milestones, and align transformation objectives.
  • Develop tailored change management approaches based on organizational needs, business environments, and stakeholder readiness.
Training Strategy & Learning Development

  • Develop and maintain scalable training curricula, course content, and supporting assets to ensure consistent learning experiences across international teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions that promote behavioral change, employee proficiency, and long-term adoption of new ways of working.
  • Continuously improve training effectiveness through participant feedback, performance insights, and adoption measurements.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop and execute integrated global communication strategies that clearly articulate transformation objectives, business impacts, and expected outcomes.
  • Create compelling organizational communications, stakeholder messaging, leadership updates, and change awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to maintain consistent messaging and engagement across regions, departments, and stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and training sessions to build alignment and address resistance to change.
Change Adoption, Metrics & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish measurable change adoption objectives, baseline metrics, and success indicators to evaluate transformation effectiveness.
  • Track employee adoption, tool utilization, behavioral changes, training effectiveness, and organizational readiness.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to identify adoption barriers, recommend improvements, and optimize change management strategies.
  • Develop sustainable and repeatable change management and learning practices that can be adapted for future global initiatives.
  • Support realization of business value, return on investment (ROI), and long-term transformation outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in organizational change management, training, learning and development, or business transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies for complex organizational initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of established change management principles, methodologies, and frameworks, with the ability to adapt approaches to different business environments.
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs.
  • Experience creating training curricula, learning materials, job aids, and other resources that support behavioral and organizational change.
  • Proven experience developing and executing organization-wide communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Experience establishing, tracking, and measuring change adoption, training effectiveness, and culture-related success metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communications, presentations, and group facilitation.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle phases.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional change management certification, such as Prosci, ACMP (CCMP), or Managed Change Certification.
  • Experience supporting large-scale global business transformation, enterprise system implementation, or operating model changes.
  • Experience developing training and communication strategies for geographically dispersed, international teams.
  • Background supporting Operations, Commercial, Finance, or other enterprise business functions.
  • Experience using adoption analytics, stakeholder feedback, and training metrics to measure transformation success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic change management leadership and hands-on training development and delivery. They have successfully supported global transformation programs, created enterprise-wide communication strategies, and helped organizations transition to new processes, systems, and operating models.
They are comfortable engaging senior leaders, facilitating global training sessions, influencing stakeholders without direct authority, and measuring whether organizational changes are successfully adopted.
Most importantly, they understand that successful transformation requires more than implementing new tools or processes—it requires changing behaviors, building capabilities, and ensuring employees are equipped to sustain new ways of working.
