Position Tittle: Manager Communication & Branding
Mobilization Date: Immediately
Contract Duration: 2 years (limited)
Required Nationality: Omani
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Scope of Work
Communications
Develop a long-term Corporate Communications strategy aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
Oversee implementation of communication plans, including internal/external stakeholder engagement and emergency response.
Communicate key messages to target audiences to build goodwill and understanding within the industry.
Generate positive media coverage and maintain relations with broadcast, print, and digital media.
Lead organizational change initiatives to improve engagement and manage resistance effectively.
Deliver media operations, PR, thought leadership programs, digital campaigns, and media buying.
Manage events end-to-end: SOWs, contracts, vendors, budgets, execution, and monitoring.
Oversee creative deliverables (photography, videography, social media, website).
Manage digital services (apps, websites, social media, vendor coordination, content).
Handle content-related matters (publications, announcements, mailers).
Brand
Develop and safeguard Brand, Culture, and Wellbeing strategy.
Monitor and review brand performance, equity, loyalty, and pride locally and internationally.
Conduct audits and performance reviews for brand and culture initiatives.
Manage brand programs and explore value-added opportunities.
