Orion have an opportuniy to join a Major Global Oil and Gas Operator in Esbjerg:
Position: Maintenance Planner
Location: Esbjerg Denmark
Duration: 12 month renewable contract
•Drives HSE performance in accordance with objectives, demonstrates HSE leadership and develops a safety culture with the team
•Develop, review and issue Maintenance Functional Plans (4 Months) in split agreed with Line Manager N+1
•Develop, review and issue ad-hoc outage plans for major Maintenance non-routine work
•Liaise with activity owners within Maintenance discipline teams, IOP Planner and Campaign Coordinators to ensure accurate Maintenance functional plans fully aligned with integrated operations plans (IOP)
•Engage with activity owners to ensure adhering to planning processes including planning toll gates are met (accountability to met toll gates remain with activity owners)
•Participate/facilitate Maintenance planning meetings as per Operating Rhythm (OR)
•Track and report on functional plan stability and misses. Actively pursue Planning process improvement opportunities and conduct root cause analyses of schedule misses
•Ad hoc assignments to project tasks and tasks as seen fit by company
•Interfaces: Planning & Coordination teams, Maintenance discipline teams, DUCSAT/Wellsat & GMC/FMC Contractors
Professional qualifications:
•BA degree in relevant technical discipline, 5-10 years successful industry experience in relevant Maintenance
•Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling processes and use of Primavera and SAP
•Candidate shall have proven experience in the planning area, Primavera, SAP etc. However, certification is not required.
