We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator (FOC & Site Facilities Train 4&6)
to provide administrative, logistical and coordination support for a major Oil & Gas project.

The successful candidate will support the mobilisation of project personnel, office operations, temporary facilities, maintenance, vendors and site services, ensuring smooth day-to-day project support and timely resolution of logistical and administrative issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative, logistical and coordination support for office and temporary site facilities.
Coordinate project staff mobilisation plans and ensure timely site coverage.
Support office allocation, access arrangements and site passes for project personnel.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and project stakeholders regarding permits, access and other administrative requirements.
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Maintain office policies, procedures, records and administrative documentation.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment and inventory management.
Ensure office facilities, meeting rooms and common areas are properly organised, maintained and adequately stocked.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and facility-related services.
Liaise with landlords, building management, contractors and service providers as required.
Coordinate office vendors and monitor their performance and service delivery.
Support contract and service-provider compliance activities.
Monitor office health, safety and compliance requirements.
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding office and facility-related requests.
Identify logistical issues and bottlenecks and coordinate their resolution.
Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of office and site support services.
Maintain accurate records and provide administrative reports as required.
Travel between project sites and offices when required to support logistics and facilities activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant business or administrative function, including at least 4 years within the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong and proven administrative and coordination experience.
Experience supporting large-scale Oil & Gas or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Experience in project execution and site logistics will be an advantage.
Previous experience working in Qatar or the Middle East is preferred.
Experience supporting projects in industrial or major project locations is advantageous.
Valid Qatar driving licence or international driving licence would be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve logistical issues.
Ability to work independently within established procedures and guidelines.
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
