An exciting role working for a prestige client in a business that is expanding its Global coverage, main duties are
Preparing and issuing daily and weekly personnel resource status reports
•
Maintaining sufficient manpower levels to support all Saturn operations.
•
Ongoing liaison and project reporting to clients if required
•
Supporting project team with Project specific personnel mobilisation and demobilisation planning
•
Preparing and maintaining job specific schedule for major projects
•
Managing & maintaining the manpower planner schedule.
•
Control training and competency across all staff and manage Human Focus Training Platform
•
Arranging and chairing weekly Manpower allocation review meetings
Ideally candidates will have previous experience in a logistics role operation in the Oil & Gas or Marine Naval sector
