We are looking for a permanent Legal & Compliance Manager for London.

Reporting to the CEO this role is based in the London office with overall management of legal, compliance, insurance and secretariat activities. The role will form an integral part of a small head office team with overall management of the various group businesses.


Whilst the role will include responsibility for legal matters, there are limited day-day legal requirements/drafting. The majority of the hands-on requirements will be a risk management and compliance focus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Adapting/adopting shareholder policies and procedures and implementing as appropriate for the group.
 Management of the compliance program for the group including roll-out, training and on-going support to the business.
 Management of insurance policies, renewals and claims alongside support from the shareholders.
 Working with the team to roll out appropriate risk management procedures/tools across the business.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
 University law degree.
 Admitted as a solicitor/equivalent.
