Our client is looking for a position of Leak Testing Supervisor. Candidates must have necessary LEAK TESTING certificates

Accountabilities

Receives Project documentation and understands Scope of Work related to Leak Testing..

Undertake pump Operation of Liquid Nitrogen pump during Leak testing.

Lead a team of technicians during leak testing.

Undertake functional and Operational tests for related equipment prior to mobilization.

Assist in preparation of method statements, procedures and routines where required.

Reports on work progress, bringing to notice potential problems or delays and recommends

solutions.

Assist during the database preparation for precommissioning status index and commissioning technical database for Mechanical Systems.

Plan, Monitor and assist in expert services, as required.

Ensure temporary supplies and commissioning spares are adequate for leak testing campaign.

Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

Diploma in Mechanical/ Process Engineering.

10 years experience within the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years in a key role during leak testing.

Atleast 5 years experience to operate High capacity Liquid Nitrogen Pump .

Previous experience of leak testing operation above 200 Bar.

Site Trouble shooting and maintenance experience of Liquid nitrogen Pumps.

Good understanding of the safety measures during leak testing.

Good understanding of Spoken and written English.

Good technical knowledge and skills.
