Lead Developer

Essential Responsibilities:
* Develop working code incrementally in an agile software environment
* Participate in remote refinements and discuss feature roadmaps, User Acceptance Criteria, user workflows, UIUX, back-end design, overall application performance, and effort estimations
* Adhere to coding standards, check-in process, and code reviews
* Aid in reproducing and fixing issues reported by users and product owner
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma\GED required
* Broad business acumen with a minimum four (4) years of related work experience in software development, including two (2) years of experience in data acquisition, processing, storage, and reporting (preferably with Oil & Gas)
* Working knowledge of core OFS business applications and related processes (e.g. data acquisition, reporting, Google Chrome, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Team Foundation Studio)
* Coding Ability (C++, C#, SQL, Python, Angular)
* Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
* Capacity to gain a technical understanding of new systems and technology quickly
* Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into tactical execution

* Oil and Gas industry expertise (preferably upstream)
