Lab Tech III - Chromatography (Remote)
This position is fully remote - Normal US business hours (candidates must be located in the US and able to work for any employer without visa sponsorship)
Length of Contract – 12/31/26
Hourly Pay Rate: $25-28/hr  (individual medical benefits available at a cost)


Responsibilities:
• Supports global laboratories with ongoing projects related to Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), in particular Thermo SampleManager.
• Interprets laboratory test methods for the calculations and formulas needed to generate results.
• Compiles custom calculation fields in LIMS (SampleManager) which are needed to calculate laboratory results in the system.
o Chromatographic Data Systems (CDS, such as Empower) are a secondary goal for this resource.
• Drafts documents which will serve as guidelines for the laboratory to use calculations and report results.
• Follows calculation validation processes related to laboratory quality applications.
• Reports to Quality Systems support team.

Desired experience:
• Laboratory analyst with chromatography experience, preferably SampleManager LIMS.
• Lab administration, supporting quality systems used by the laboratory.
• Understanding of CDS such as Empower or Chromeleon.
• Scientific background with experience following analytical test methods.
• Multi-site or multi-stakeholder project work supporting laboratory quality systems.
