ISBL / OSBL Night Shift Supervisor – LNG Project (Oman)
Location: Sohar 
Work Pattern: Office Hours - Sun - Thur

We are seeking an experienced ISBL / OSBL Night Shift Supervisor to join a major LNG development project in Sohar, Oman. Reporting to the ISBL Superintendent, you will play a key role in supervising night shift construction activities across ISBL/OSBL scopes, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution through to pre-commissioning and handover.
This position requires a strong safety leader with a proven ability to drive HSE culture across EPC contractors and site teams. You will oversee construction progress, verify compliance with engineering specifications, and ensure alignment with project procedures, schedule, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities (mechanical, piping, structural), supporting contractor deliverables and method statements, managing interfaces across work fronts, and identifying risks with proactive mitigation. You will contribute to construction reporting, monitor performance, and ensure timely resolution of technical and organisational issues. Active involvement in site supervision, audits, and contractor engagement is essential.
You will also support the ISBL Superintendent in overall site coordination, interface management, and preparation for commissioning, ensuring completeness of documentation and successful system handover.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas construction, including LNG projects
  • Strong background in ISBL/OSBL scopes and night shift operations
  • Proven HSE leadership and contractor management experience
  • Experience across EPC phases, including pre-commissioning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (Arabic or French is an advantage)
