About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Processor to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will ensure accurate verification, processing, and timely settlement of invoices and expense claims in alignment with company P2P processes and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and process supplier invoices and expense claims in accordance with the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process.
  • Review invoice accuracy, currency, supporting documents, and compliance with purchase orders.
  • Manage invoice validation workflow and ensure posting accuracy in SAP (PALM).
  • Track payment cycles and ensure timely settlement within agreed supplier terms.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and invoice-related issues.
  • Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts; prepare debit balances and aged creditor reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and reconciliations.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CMA, CFA preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Finance, including 2 years in Accounts Payable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and ERP (SAP) systems.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong coordination and communication with finance, cost control, and procurement teams.
