Great opportunity to work as an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our Oil & Gas clients based in London.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is to provide expertise and a proactive recruitment service to managers across the UK, Norway and Kazakhstan initially, with responsibility for implementing recruitment standards, policies and programs in line with the defined strategy and local regulations. The role will contribute to the wider business strategy by working collaboratively with line management to forecast resource needs and ensure effective planning and execution of all recruitment activities.

Typical background and experience required:

* Sound knowledge of recruitment lifecycle for both payroll and contract staffing

* Experience of working with digital recruitment systems (preferably Oracle & Taleo)

* Experience of managing external supplier (mainly independent contractors) relationships

* Experience of direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, talent pooling, Executive Search)

* People assessment skills (competency based interview, personality tests, etc.)

* Strong communication, negotiation and consultative skills and will have the credibility and gravitas to easily win the trust of senior stakeholders

* Commercial awareness - ensuring we negotiate best price contractor deals

* Good analytical and stakeholder skills

* Experience or affinity with Power BI or related analytical tools is a plus

* Continuous improvement mindset

Main Accountabilities:

* Implements recruitment policies and programs in accordance with defined strategy and local regulation

* Works with line managers to forecast personnel needs and workforce planning

* Performs job analysis to ensure the job description matches the requirements and objectives of the role and appropriate job grades is allocated

* Performs organizational analysis to ensure adequate organizational structures are maintained

* Performs C&B analysis to ensure the remuneration packages is market competitive

* Takes responsibility for advertising of open positions, and selection for internal sourcing and outside sourcing (LinkedIn, job portal, job boards, recruitment agencies etc.)

* Performs reference checks and extends offers in line with the company's compensation policy

* Organizes and attends relevant HR fairs, promoting the business as employer of choice

* Manages relation and contracts with recruitment agencies, independent contractors and other partners, and ensures compliance

* Onboard new employees and contractors in order to become fully integrated
