Job Title: Integration & Interface Manager

Location: Project Management Office / Site / Fabrication Yard

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Integration & Interface Manager to plan, coordinate, and control all technical and execution interfaces across complex oil & gas projects. Acting from a project management consultancy perspective, the role ensures seamless integration between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations across multiple contractors and work packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Project Interface Management Plan and Interface Register.
  • Identify, coordinate, and resolve interfaces between onshore, offshore, subsea, pipeline, and utilities scopes.
  • Facilitate interface coordination meetings with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of technical data, specifications, and design changes across packages.
  • Integrate interface milestones into the master project schedule and monitor critical dates.
  • Manage interface risks, issues, and escalation through structured tracking and reporting.
  • Support interface closure, handover, and start-up readiness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent).
  • Oil & gas project experience, including interface management in PMC or client-side roles.
  • Offshore project experience required 
  • Strong knowledge of EPC/EPIC project execution and multi-package integration.
  • Experience with interface management tools and risk-based coordination methods.
  • Familiarity with EPC contract structures and interface clauses.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
This role offers the opportunity to lead interface management on large, multi-contractor energy projects with significant onshore and offshore scope.
