Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Instrument Planner to support maintenance planning activities for onshore operating assets.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimized maintenance execution, and improved asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and align maintenance activities with KPIs for operational effectiveness
  • Develop detailed scopes of work for maintenance execution
  • Allocate resources including manpower, materials, tools, and logistics
  • Review work notifications and ensure accuracy for planning timelines (TFUC & LACD)
  • Ensure cost capture and compliance with company standards before approvals
  • Maintain and update SAP PM task lists and master data (BOM)
  • Support work order lifecycle including TECO close-out
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across maintenance, engineering, and supply
Requirements:
  • HND in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in oil & gas / petrochemical maintenance
  • At least 3 years in planning/scheduling roles
  • Strong experience in SAP PM
  • Good command of English (written & spoken)
