We are hiring an experienced Instrument Planner to support maintenance planning activities for onshore operating assets.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimized maintenance execution, and improved asset reliability.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimized maintenance execution, and improved asset reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and align maintenance activities with KPIs for operational effectiveness
- Develop detailed scopes of work for maintenance execution
- Allocate resources including manpower, materials, tools, and logistics
- Review work notifications and ensure accuracy for planning timelines (TFUC & LACD)
- Ensure cost capture and compliance with company standards before approvals
- Maintain and update SAP PM task lists and master data (BOM)
- Support work order lifecycle including TECO close-out
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across maintenance, engineering, and supply
- HND in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in oil & gas / petrochemical maintenance
- At least 3 years in planning/scheduling roles
- Strong experience in SAP PM
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
