The role covers engineering, offshore execution, and coordination of marine operations in compliance with project and industry standards.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Installation & Marine Operations Engineer to plan, engineer, and support the safe and efficient installation of offshore structures and marine systems for oil & gas field developments. The role covers engineering, offshore execution, and coordination of marine operations in compliance with project and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review installation procedures, method statements, and risk assessments for offshore and subsea works.
- Define lifting, rigging, load-out, transportation, and sea fastening strategies.
- Support and supervise offshore marine operations including mobilization, installation, and commissioning campaigns.
- Coordinate with marine vessels, subcontractors, and third-party surveyors.
- Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and constructability reviews.
- Prepare and manage engineering documentation, as-built records, and close-out reports.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Post-graduate experience in marine or offshore installation engineering.
- Offshore project experience required
- Strong knowledge of offshore construction methods and marine operations.
- Experience with marine and installation software (e.g. OrcaFlex, MOSES, SACS, AutoCAD).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
