Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Hydrocarbon Accounting Consultant, based in Aberdeen.

(Full or part-time position)

Responsibilities will include:
Ensure that the metering in the allocation databases are accurate correcting for metering issues as necessary.
Ensure that sample data used by the allocation systems is collected in a timely manner and is of sufficient quality.
Assist offshore personnel with the management of gas available for sale notifications and gas nominations.
Monitor output from allocation systems.
Maintenance of allocation system configuration data.
Management of third party and statutory production reporting activities.
Apply the results of mismeasurements to the allocation system.
Prepare and maintain the hydrocarbon accounting procedures to ensure that all team's activities are performed on a consistent basis.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educated to Degree Level in one of the following - Engineering, Business, Accountancy or Management or equivalent.
Experience of multi field pipeline operations and user agreements, some commercial awareness and competency and an understanding of offshore oil & gas production, transportation and onshore processing systems are required.
