We are seeking a highly experienced HSSE Manager to lead health, safety, security, and environmental management across all phases of oil & gas projects, from engineering and procurement through fabrication, offshore installation, commissioning, and operations. Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced HSSE Manager to lead health, safety, security, and environmental management across all phases of oil & gas projects, from engineering and procurement through fabrication, offshore installation, commissioning, and operations. The role ensures full compliance with regulatory and client requirements while driving a strong safety culture and zero-harm performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Project HSSE Plan in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Lead risk and hazard management activities including HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, PTW, and SIMOPS.
- Oversee incident prevention, emergency response planning, and incident investigations.
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and performance monitoring across onshore and offshore sites.
- Manage environmental protection measures, waste management, and pollution prevention.
- Deliver HSSE training, inductions, and safety awareness programs.
- Maintain HSSE documentation and provide regular performance reports to management and clients.
- BSc in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Post-graduate HSSE experience in oil & gas or major industrial projects.
- Offshore experience required
- Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-site and multicultural teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
