We have a current opportunity for a HSE Safety Coach on a contract basis. The position will be based in Doha. For further information about this position please apply.
Work Location : Qatar Offshore - Al Shaheen field
Rotation: 28/ 28
Contract Duration : ASAP till 31/12/2026
The job holder is accountable for the following activities offshore:
Promoting HSE policies & practices, culture and objectives for all entities working onsite
HSE coaching of all workforces onsite.
Along with Site FOPS HSE, being “visible at Site” and “walking the talk” with HSE best practice as a priority.
Intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report – use STOP work authority.
Attend TBT meetings and ensure jobs risks are properly identified and control.
Attend HSE Supervisors Briefing in the morning.
Attend location specific TBT in selected areas, based on activities of the day
Involve in PTW auditing.
Coach CTR HSE Officers & monitor their activity.
Conduct HSE tours and observations across all sites.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 10 years experience
Familiar with offshore construction activities
Good to have previous experience working with Totalenergies.
NEBOSH International Certificate or equivalent
Fluent in English
Offshore SIMOPS experience
HSE Trainings: OPITO H2S / T-BOSIET / AGT
