HSE Manager

1. Help onboard new hires
   1. Walk through all safety stewardship expectations & materials
   2. Ensure & track training
   3. Support SSW requirements
2. Support all personnel with safety leadership, including setting clear R&Rs, ensuring they know when to engage the HSE Manager in safety reviews, etc. & being in the field to set an example & qualify adoption of our safety culture expectations by our field team
3. Hold our personnel accountable for safety stewardship against our expectations
   1. Ensure strong SSW programs are in place . . especially with the peaks & variable labor needs
   2. Ensure they are following established Safety Plans
   3. Support site walks, mentorship & incident investigations/review
4. Lead safety stewardship
   1. Manage & maintain the established Safety Plans for each site
   2. Support training
   3. Proactively lead the safety program, partnering our vendor partners
   4. Bring best practices & innovation
