Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Support:
- Assist in managing daily HR activities and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Support in addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policies.
- Facilitate and support engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
HR Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure to comply with the Labor law and policies when performing your day-to-day activities.
- Ensure local execution of processes is aligned with HQ processes.
- Actively support the new overall organization to drive its success, aligning team contributions with company objectives.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate employee data entry and updates in HR systems.
- Assist in administering compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Provide employees with information on benefits, policies, and entitlements.
Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Ensure new hires are properly set up in HR systems and provided with all necessary resources.
- Conduct exit interviews and document feedback for the continuous improvement.
- Create Purchase Requisition
- Conducting an onboarding and induction meetings with new employees
- Compliance checks (references, VOG, conflicts of interest and anti-corruption)
HR Systems, Requests & Reporting:
- Manage HR tickets and requests through available systems (e.g., AskHR if implemented).
- Maintain employee records and personal data changes in HR ERP systems (e.g., SuccessFactors and/or Oracle).
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and support reporting on key HR metrics.
- Monitor and signal trends in employee request and act upon these proactively suggestion solutions.
Employee Lifecycle & Development:
Assist in managing employee life cycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and contract changes.
Absence & Health Case Management:
- Support absence tracking and illness case management, ensuring compliance with reintegration processes.
- Work closely with occupational health organisations to facilitate return-to-work strategies.
Internal:
- Work closely with employees to address HR-related inquiries, document requests, and policy clarifications.
- Collaborate with other departments when required to schedule training sessions, interviews, and HR-related events.
External:
When required, communicate with recruitment agencies and external vendors for hiring needs and employment verifications.
Required competencies/Qualifications/Experience/Profile

- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Dutch labour law, social and tax law
- SuccessFactors and/or SAP experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
